Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International delivery charges vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.  Please contact our customer service team on the Contact Webpage to check if we deliver to your country!

How are shipping charges calculated?

We offer FREE express mail service to customers with shipping address within Thailand.For international deliveries, shipping charges are calculated on a weight and distance basis. For an accurate shipping charge, please contact our customer service team.

How long will I receive my product?

After your payment has been confirmed, your order will be sent out to you within 1-2business days.Orders within Thailand are expected to arrive to your door within 1-3 Business days depending on where you live. We can only offer an estimate delivery date for international orders, however, we cannot guarantee that it will get to you within mentioned time.


Do you offer refund?

We accept refunds and exchanges  only if product received is defective or damaged and is still in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria or are stated as non-returnable, will be denied. If applicable for a refund, there are certain cases where only partial refund is granted if:

  • such item does not appear to be in the condition upon delivery, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Am i eligible for a return?

In order to be eligible for a return, your returned product(s) should meet the following criteria:

  • We require such item(s) be returned within 3 business days after delivery. If it has been longer than 3 business days, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • Your item must be unused and kept in the same condition as delivered. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order for your return to be completed.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Ing hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
  • Only orders delivered within Thailand are eligible for a return.

How will my refund be processed?

You will be notified via email or line listed on your account when your order was placed. You will also be notified if your request for a refund is eligible.

If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or paid back in the form of your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as notified in the email.

How long will my refund be processed?

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Do you offer exchange?

We only offer an exchange in the case that product received is defective or damaged. Please contact on customer service team on the Contact webpage through any of your preferred ways to let us know about your request for an exchange.

I got the wrong size..what do I do?

Please kindly note that we cannot offer you an exchange due to wrong sizing. However, If applicable for an exchange, you may not exchange to other items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.If you are eligible for a refund or an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
